NC/SC Holiday Event - 2023

We are thrilled to offer this very unique experience. The main event is the Party/Dinner, but there will be events during the day also. Participate in as much as you'd like. We have reserved rooms at the Ballantyne at a discounted rate and you can add Friday night too. Tentative Schedule:
10:00am-11:30am: We will start our day of events at the Children's Hospital where we will see some of the children and meet the staff. We will have a mini Concours D'elegance where the kids will be the judges on several categories. Thank you to Hagerty for donating 12 Junior Judge kits. Awards will be presented at the evening event.
12:00pm-2:00pm: We will head to Charlotte Motor Speedway for lunch and tour some of their facilities. We will also be taking the cars around the track for parade laps and lining up for a picture that will be featured in the national publication of The Prancing Horse. The facility also has some driver simulators and some other fun experiences, but ultimately we will get a sneak peak of the vision for as we host the upcoming National Experience in Charlotte in 2025.
2:00-7:00pm: Free time - we set plenty of time between events so you may check-in, relax, go to the spa, explore Charlotte, and prepare for the evening events.
7:00-8:00pm: Cocktail hour - a somewhat formal event with business attire (black-tie if you feel moved). There will be a cash bar and we'll have some rare Ferraris parked outside (and inside) the venue. There will be entertainment as well.
8:00-9:30pm : Plated dinner, annual recap, thank-you's, 2024 outlook/plans, mini auction to raise funds for children's cancer research, sponsorship recognition, etc.
9:30-11:00pm - Dancing, music, etc.
